The Holy Bible King James Version 1611 is unlike any other book on earth. It is the book of God, and the book from God. It is a Holy book, and a living book (1 Peter 1:23 Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.)
It is a book that reads you while you read it (Heb. 4:12-13. 12 For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.)
It is also unlike any other book because it is the only book that people seem more interested in what it means or is presumed to teach than what it actually says! Thus we have the so-called "problem of interpretation."
Some think interpreting the Bible is relative and dependent upon personal preference. (The I believe this way or we all have our own beliefs, which brings about disbelief of the bible.)  Others insist that various systems of study are necessary to find the right interpretation. Still yet, some go as far to claim that their church or organization has the only key to unlocking the Bible's meaning.

All of these views err tremendously and side with their own beliefs. People will say “see you think you know something, and you think that your belief is right and everyone else is wrong.” Have you ever stopped to READ the book and take into account that THE BOOK may have its own beliefs?  Joseph acknowledged the only one who can "interpret" when he said: "Do not interpretations belong to God?" (Gen 40:8). Furthermore, Simon Peter declared "that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation" (2 Peter 1:20).

So, if "interpretations belong to God," and we are not to "privately interpret" the scriptures, how are we to understand what we read (Acts 8:30)?
The answer to that question brings us to the premise of this work. Believe and understand that God has given us a book without error, without inconsistency and without a single contradiction. If you don’t rightly divide the book you will have many of the so called contradictions which is obvious to anyone who reads thru the HOLY BIBLE from Genesis to Revelation.

For example (Genesis 4:15 And the LORD said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold. And the LORD set a mark upon Cain, lest any finding him should kill him.) No capital punishment, allow God to deal with the person
VS.
(Genesis 9:6 Whoso sheddeth man's blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.) Capital punishment.

God has laid out a method that Guarantees correct interpretation every time. This biblical method is actually God's system of validating His own word, and is known as "rightly dividing the word of truth" (2 Tim. 2:15). When one traces this biblical practice throughout church history he finds its most common name: dispensationalism.
A Christian employs this full-proof God-given process by "searching the scriptures" (John 5:39), and obeying the mandate for Christian stewardship found in 2 Timothy 2:15: Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
